Main shipping method

We offer several shipping options for your convenience. Available shipping methods and associated delivery times will be provided during the checkout process.

Once you place an order, we will send your order confirmation via e-mail.

Processing time:

Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days. Our standard shipping days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

Delivery times are approximate and Oranharris cannot be held responsible for delays during busy periods, customs clearance delays or other unforeseen circumstances, which may delay delivery.

Please note that during sales periods and promotions delivery may be delayed. Please allow an additional 1-2 business days processing time, in addition to our standard delivery time.

Shipping cost

We’ll offer a flat rate of 6.99  (USD) for all orders.

Shipping destinations

We ship to addresses in the United States. If you would like to place an order with us but you are not in this area. Please get in touch with our customer service staff, and if we are able to deliver to your location, we will help.

Amendments

Oranharris are unable to amend any order details, including the delivery address, once the order has been placed, therefore please take care when entering your details.

Lost orders

In the event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will work with the delivery provider to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if necessary.
