RETURNS POLICY

“If you’re not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can always return it. Returns that do not comply with our policy will be refused and returned to you. Please be sure to read our Returns Policy thoroughly before submitting your return.”

1. Easy returns within 30 days after the receiving date.

2. The merchandise must be unworn, unused, and returned in the original condition it was shipped in order to get a refund. This includes the packaging box, brand message card, and other materials inside.

Return process

  2. After receiving the information, please place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to our given address
  3. Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges and we do not guarantee in case of loss, damage or theft.
  4. The original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Faulty items

We want to be there to assist you, so in the event of a manufacturing defect, contact our customer service immediately, we will be happy to repair, replace or refund for that item – at no additional cost. buyer.

REFUNDS

Refund process

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least five (5) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed.

Late or Missing Refunds

Your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days of receiving your approval.

Missing or delayed refunds: If you haven’t received a return yet, check your bank account once more first. Contact your credit card company next, as it can take some time for the refund to show up on your account.
